Honestly no reason to complain. Perfectly clean brand-new hotel with helpful staff. Spacious new-fashioned rooms. Plenty of goodies for breakfast. Comfortable location with parking next to the building.

The hotel had a marvellous location around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Portal Vallejo. The staff was friendly and pleasant and gave me recommendations. New-fashioned, neat room, everything was great.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was good. Stayed for 2 nights, the staff was pleasant during all this time. The good location was minutes from Portal Vallejo.

During our Easter break, we arrived at a hotel that provided us with some good features. First, the staff were very welcoming, friendly, and professional. the hotel was situated very close to the mall, which offered multiple dining options and shopping facilities. the hotel was accessible to public transportation, making it easy to move around the city.

There were some disappointing aspects of our stay. the breakfast was not great and was a bit limited in choices.

The rooms, although without windows to the outside, are clean and have all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided is satisfying and a great way to start the day.

The room amenities such as ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning, along with flat-screen TV and telephone, made our stay quite comfortable. The continental breakfast was sumptuous and the staff was friendly and responsive to our needs. The leisure facilities like Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, fitness centre, and laundry made our stay all the more memorable.

I loved the location of City Express. It was so convenient to have a small mall nearby with Starbucks and delicious food options. Plus, being close to the metrobus station made it easy to explore downtown. The personnel at the hotel were so helpful and kind. Additionally, I appreciated being within walking distance of the Norte bus station for my trip to Teotihuacan. Another perk was the availability of parking at the mall nearby, all I had to do was inform the hotel. And for those in need of money exchange, there was a bank just a 5-minute walk away.

There was a small issue at check-in where the reception proposed a price slightly higher than my actual reservation, but they quickly understood and didn't insist. Also, the first room I was given had an awful view, but I was able to change to a better one on my second night.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by a few things. the location was fantastic - close to both the airport and the city center, making it easy to explore both areas. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. this hotel provided great value for money and I would highly recommend it.
